　　本片的配乐是一部精湛的作品，融合了可怕的悬念和惊人的情绪表现。有着令人恐惧的时刻以及精彩的母舰与人类对话的音符。然而这张专辑非常的可惜，不好的混音、不完全的曲目，丢失了很多重要的内容。幸好在影片20周年后重新编辑发行了这部杰作，大部分出现在影片中的音乐悉数收入，还包括了一些配乐的其他演绎版本。令人高兴的是，影片中那段交流时赏心悦目、无比壮观的音乐终于完整收录了进来。重新混音和录制，使这张CD成为必不可少的收藏品。
